This class moves at a faster pace which allows you to burn fat quickly while toning and strengthening the muscles you just worked. Akemi barre II is recommended before taking this class.
*Socks and gym shoes are required. A small towel is also recommended.*

Akemi barre mixed is a combination of levels I and II. This class moves at a moderate pace. This one-hour class combines ballet barre exercises, core exercises, Pilate's and yoga. Free weights are also used to tone, shape, and sculpt, every key muscle group.
