Zumba has become a way of life for me. It incorporates components of fitness and dance with Latin Music. I love to dance and after an hour of Zumba you don't really even feel that you've had an intense aerobic workout. You'll definitely want more! Zumba is a way to express yourself at whatever level your at with out any judgement- you just have to love to move. Jazz dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. Jazz dancing encourages grace and balance. This Jazz Class includes a warm-up, basic jazz technique and choreography. No experience necessary. Students work in bare feet.

Looking for a heart racing, beat pounding, calorie burning mixture of cardio and barre exercises in just 55 min? Akemi's newest class akemi cardio mixed is for you. This class moves at a faster pace which allows you to burn fat quickly while toning and strengthening the muscles you just worked. Akemi barre II is recommended before taking this class.
*Socks and gym shoes are required. A small towel is also recommended.*

A one-hour class that combines core exercises, dance, Pilate's, and yoga. Clients will use weights and a ballet barre to tone, sculpt, and lengthen every muscle group. This class is great for the intermediate to advance exerciser who desires to move at a faster pace with higher intensity.

Akemi barre mixed is a combination of levels I and II. This class moves at a moderate pace. This one-hour class combines ballet barre exercises, core exercises, Pilate's and yoga. Free weights are also used to tone, shape, and sculpt, every key muscle group.
