Looking for the same work out but haven't got 1 hour to spare? Akemi barre express is a 45-minute class that combines core exercises, dance, Pilate's, and yoga. This class moves at slightly faster pace. Clients will use weights and a ballet barre to tone, sculpt, and lengthen every muscle group. This class is great if you need that extra 15 min to get to work, home, or school. Akemi barre Level II is recommended before taking this class.
