Refer a friend or family member and receive a complimentary class. *Membership Cancellation Agreement This membership is a continuous payment plan with the option to pay as you go. This membership will continue until the member/ buyer terminates the agreement in writing. You the member/buyer may cancel this membership by writing a cancellation notice and sending via certified mail or hand deliver notice to Akemi Fitness Method. For 3-month membership contract requires a 14-day advance cancellation notice. For 6-month membership contract requires a 30-day advance cancellation notice. For 12-month membership contract requires a 60-day cancellation notice. Cancellations should be made at least four hours prior to your class. 24-hour notice is required for all workshops, parties, and events. Your credit card will be charged for all late cancellations and no shows. Prices are subject to change at anytime. | |
